Turmeric is a rizhome in the ginger family, native to Southwest India. Besides its common use as a spice and dye plant, turmeric is used for eczema, joint problems, inflammation and aids with acne.
This light orange bar of soap gets its color from organic turmeric root infused in oils. These potent oils are then blended with organic oils and local animal fats to nourish the skin. This cold process soap makes a rich creamy lather with poppy seeds for a gentle exfoliation.
INGREDIENTS - *olive oil, *coconut oil, tallow, *castor oil, *unrefined shea butter, *turmeric root (Curcuma longa) *poppy seeds.
