Saint Johns Wort Soap

Saint Johns wort is a plant praised for its ability to heal the skin and bring light into dark places. Originally dedicated to a norse god of summer light and radiance this flowering plant has a lengthy history of use in folklore and medicine. In the flower language of Victorian times saint johns wort means 'you are a prophet'.

This mild bar of soap gets its color from saint johns wort buds and blossoms harvested and infused in oils. These ruby red oils are then blended with organic oils and local animal fats to nourish the skin. This cold process soap makes a rich lather to nourish the skin.
